Return & Refund Policy of Computer Mania BD

  • If a customer buys something from one of our shops, they should check the item in front of the seller. Later, if there are any problems, the customer won’t be able to get any changes. Instead, they will get services based on the description of the product. (Warranty)
  • If you order something online, you have 24 hours from the time you get the product to call our hotline and let us know if there are any problems with the way it was made.
  • If a customer gets a product with a manufacturing flaw, they have to go to one of our shops where our experts will look at the product and then do what they need to do to change the product if it needs to be changed.
  • If a customer wants to change a broken product through our delivery service, they have to pay TK. 200/- as a replacement charge inside Dhaka. If the customer lives outside of Dhaka, they only have to pay the Courier charge.
  • If a customer buys a product from our website after reading the description and information about it and receiving it without any problems but then realizes that it doesn’t work with their setup or that they no longer want it, they won’t be able to change or return the product.
  • After buying software or a software license, you won’t be able to return it or get a refund.
  • If you have a good reason, you can return a product and get your money back within 3 to 10 working days. If you bought the product online, the process may take longer to complete.
  • There is a fee for Bkash, online, and point-of-sale (POS) refunds.
  • If a customer finds a broken product or a damaged package, we ask that the courier service not bring the product to us. If the customer gets a damaged product from the courier, he or she is responsible for it and can’t make a complaint of any kind.
  • If the customer got any cashback when they paid, that amount will be taken off when they get their money back.
